Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules for payments and refunds related to the use of the TeleTools platform ("Platform", "We").

1. Subscriptions and Payments

1.1. TeleTools offers both a free plan ("Free") and paid subscriptions ("Starter" and "Pro"). 1.2. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance – monthly or annually, according to the User's choice. 1.3. All payments are processed through external payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). TeleTools does not store credit card details.

2. Auto-Renewal

2.1. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless the User cancels them before the renewal date. 2.2. Users can manage and cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases: • when required by applicable law; • in case of a proven technical issue for which TeleTools is responsible, preventing User access to the service. 3.2. In the event of a refund, the amount may be partial and will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Trial and Free Plan

4.1. Users can try the service through the free "Free" plan. 4.2. Activating a paid subscription after the free plan expires signifies that the User is aware of the service's capabilities and agrees that they are not entitled to a refund after payment (except for exceptions stated in Article 3).

5. Account Termination

5.1. Termination of an account by the User does not relieve them of the obligation to pay for any charges already incurred. 5.2. TeleTools may terminate User access for violation of the Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds are provided.
