TeleTools ("the Platform", "We") is a software service providing automation tools on Telegram. By using TeleTools' services, you ("the User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). TeleTools provides tools only. All actions (including data scraping, message sending, and AI bot usage) are initiated and undertaken at the User's sole responsibility.
2. Definitions
• Platform – the TeleTools website and associated services. • User – any individual or organization that creates an account and uses the services. • Subscription – a paid or free plan to access the Platform's features. • Content – data, messages, lists, texts, and materials uploaded or used by the User.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Registration is required to access the services. Users must provide accurate information. 3.2. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and should not share their access details. 3.3. TeleTools is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1. TeleTools offers the following plans: • Starter (Free Plan) – limited features for testing and basic usage. • Growth (Paid Plan) – expanded features, including smart campaigns and AI automation. • Pro (Paid Plan) – full access to all available features, multi-account management, and AI bots. 4.2. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen by the User. 4.3. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. TeleTools does not store credit card details. 4.4. Subscriptions auto-renew unless the User cancels them before the end of the current term.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. 5.2. TeleTools may offer a partial refund in case of a proven technical issue that prevents User access to the service.
6. User Responsibility
6.1. The User is fully responsible for: • scraping contacts, • sending messages and campaigns, • using AI bots and automation. 6.2. The User agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable legislation and Telegram's official Terms of Service.
7. Acceptable Use
The Platform must not be used for: • sending spam and unsolicited messages, • illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities, • infringing copyrights or third-party rights, • actions that violate Telegram's rules. TeleTools reserves the right to terminate user access for violations.
8. License and Intellectual Property
8.1. TeleTools grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform. 8.2. All rights to the software, design, and content of the Platform remain the property of TeleTools.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of results. 9.2. TeleTools is not liable for: • Telegram account blocking, • loss of data, revenue, or clients, • legal actions against the User arising from service use. 9.3. TeleTools' total liability to the User, regardless of the cause, is limited to the amount paid for the last subscription period.
10. Termination
10.1. TeleTools may terminate or restrict access to the service for breach of these Terms. 10.2. Users can terminate their subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
11. Privacy
Data collection and processing are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
TeleTools may update the Terms at any time. Users will be notified by publication on the website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in [Jurisdiction]. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the relevant jurisdiction.
